Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine.

Processing time:

• Ready items: 3-7 business days
• Large or custom orders: 7-14 business days

Delivery time:

• USA & Canada: 2-3 weeks (typically around 10 business days)
• Europe: 1-2 weeks
• Rest of the world: 3-4 weeks

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Packaging: Every piece is carefully wrapped and packed with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Quality control is provided by my cat. 🐱
